Hello Jay,
My name is Bryant Brown and I have been away from the forum for a while due to some health problems which I have been having. I am hoping to be here on a more regular basis again now and check out all of the MANY great changes to the site. I am downloading the VirtualPhotographer now and was wondering if you know whether or not these Plug-Ins will work with the Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition which is all I have at the present time or do I have to upgrade to the full version of Photoshop Album to use these VirtualPhotographer features? I have never upgraded because I normally use Nikon View to edit my photos but after seeing these features I may consider upgrading if it is required.
Thanks very much for your help,
Bryant

Bryant,
Welcome back my friend.
I don't have a clue if this plug-in works with Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition. Read the "Read Me" file and you should find the answer.
If you have additional questions, let me know. I might be able to help you out.
Oh my god. Thank you for sharing this. It seems to be really useful in many occassions :)

Hello All,
Has anyone else here tried to use these plug-ins with the Adobe Photshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition? If so, can you give me some insight on getting the plug-ins to work? I have pulled them into the "Plug-Ins" folder as instructed in the "Read Me" file but I have not had any luck getting them to work yet. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all,
Bryant

Bryant,
System Requirements and Compatibility
Currently virtualPhotographer works on Microsoft Windows '98, ME. 2000, XP. We are looking to create a Macintosh version
virtualPhotographer is a Photoshop-compatible plugin and as such requires a host image-editing program that supports Photoshop plugs. There are many such programs that we have successfully tested virtualPhotographer with:
Photoshop from Adobe
Photoshop Elements from Adobe
Paint Shop Pro from Jasc
Photo-Paint from Corel
Photo-Brush from MediaChance
Canvas from ACD
PhotoSuite from MGI
Image Explorer Pro from CDH Productions

Hello Again Jay,
I am running Windows XP Home Edition on my computer but I only have the Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition instead of the full version of Photoshop and I think this is where I am running into the problems which I am having getting the plug-ins to work. Although this version of Photoshop is not the full version it does have the "Plug-Ins" folder which I assume supports the Photoshop "plug-ins" as does the full version of Photoshop but it appears I may have to upgrade to the full version of Photoshop before these Plug-Ins will work. I was just hoping maybe someone else here might have this same version of Photshop (Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition) which I have but with more computer skills than I have and was hoping they had also tried to get these Plug-Ins to work with this version of Photoshop. I am not very effiecient at working my way around computer and if I had more experience on the computer these Plug-Ins may actually work with this version since it does have the "Plug-Ins" folder in it. I will continue to work with it a little further to see if I can get them to work but I think it may be above my computer skill level.
Thanks again and I will keep you posted if I have any luck getting virtualPhotographer to work with this version of Adobe Photoshop.
Take Care,
Bryant

Will do Jay and thanks again for your help with this. I am actually also downloading the free tryout of Photoshop Elements 3.0 right now which is fully functional as a "try out" for 30 days. It actually seems to offer more of what I need in an editing software than Photoshop Album offers and if I am happy with it I will go ahead and purchase the full version. I should then be able to use all of the functions of virtualPhotographer and the Download Extras with no problems.
Again, thanks for this and all of your other contributions to the site and I will keep you posted with my progress with each of these two options.
Your Friend,
Bryant
Very nice plugin for Photoshop, Thanks!
