The last pic, did it happened to open its mouth while you were shooting?
Yeah, that's another lucky shot. This guy seldom opens its mouth. Its eyes can frequently glimpse downward for a very short time, I can never get one shot of that.

Cool teeeethhhhhhhhh. i'd be afraid to get my hand in to the water
Actually it's quite tame, and is calm style fish. It always keeps far from my hands.

Great pic!
10"! My largest fish is only 15 cm. That's my newly acquired bristlenose. I don't have space for large fishes like you guys....
It will be fun to try to get a close up of of the head. But that will be a test of patience. Usually the fish wins.
Cheers,
Benny,
This odoe has been with me for over a yr, and it's still not get use to my camera. [smilie=doh.gif] The close up shot is the closest I could get to it. Anyway, monster fishes are cool and can live long, besides, bigger subjects are easier to take photos. [smilie=lol.gif]

Monster fishes are cool but space constrain is another big issue [smilie=oops2.gif]
Yeah, SG has this prob, that's one constrain.
