I have looked here, but couldn't find an explanation. I tried uploading a pic from my computer, and after adjusting the size a few times, I hit "save changes" and I got a message reading " The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 20000 bytes". What am I doing wrong? In ps, the image size is 80x78 pixels, dimensions 18k. Am I overlooking something? Can someone please help?
