My new 20D should be here next week . Am I going to be happy with the photoshop that comes with it . Keep in mind that this is my first venture into the digital world . I have never tried photoshop . I have played with Picasa 2 and loved it .

Well, ron, you get Elements w/it, not photoshop. It's Photoshop Lite. :-) But it's good enough for basic stuff, but does not have the advanced features, nor (I think) RAW support.

With the 20D you will get a free RAW workflow program, but I used it for a couple days and then went and found something else. I think the most annoying thing about it was that you couldn't work on any other files while it was converting over to .tif.
I think you'll like Photoshop. If you plan on using the camera to the extent that it can be used then you'll most likely want to get the full version, which does have RAW support. The plug-in for it is quite good. Another program worth looking at is C1 Raw Workflow.
