Looking good :shock: . 1 question though. Why are 2 of them in your hand? New arrivals?

The gold I was transfering him to a new tank, and actually caught him with my hand.....didnt need a net....was wierd.

The black I took out to take a better pic of him for the website.

So they actually are not that aggressive as their appearance?

they look meaner then they are....however they can hold their own with larger tankmates. For a defense, they arch their bodies, sticking out very sharp scales. When full grown they display some pretty large teeth, but the only real aggression they show is sometimes with their own kind.

They will prey on small fish though.
