Hi guys,
Here's something other than the boring profile shot that I usually do.

I wont ''Rip'' Anything up, But man, that fish is stunning.
Especially the way the tail looks with that lighting.

Benny do you talk to the fish or what? Just like a model doing a hair flip...awesome!

Benny,
that is a very impressing pose!
Well done!
Why in critique corner?
Should be in gallery corner ;-)

I disagree with Andreas, respectfully of course.
I don't particularly care for these Bettas, although I admire the skills of their breeders and owners. But for me this shot has that little bit extra that makes it interesting - I'm not sure whether it's trying to work out where one fin starts and the next one ends - or wondering if the breeder was inspired by a sea anemone. I like it :-)

Beautiful fish and picture, Benny. Not much to critique. It's a very interesting picture with the flowing finnage. Only thing that I don't like about the picture is all the small white particles...

Very nice shot indeed.
Stunning.
Great work Benny.
You take some of the best pics I've seen for Bettas. That's a stunning pose and capture. Much props.

Nice composition and framing Benny. The background it a little noisy on my monitor but apart from that i really like it. Nice betta attitude

Thanks guys for all the kind words.
I agreed that it's a bit noiser than I would like it to be. My only concern was that the background might be a bit too distracting. Seems like the punchy red color and the wavy fins saved the day.
Cheers,
