View Full Version : NEW FEATURE: Insert your Gallery Photos

hey everyone,

Just installed a "HOT" New feature. Please test it out for me. You have to be able to show pop ups to use it and it's a great time saver.

If you have photographs saved in the APF Gallery, you can now pull them up without writing any code. Open the "reply" or "post" window, on the right side UNDER the smilies there is a "My Pictures" box. Click on [Open] and it shows you a window with YOUR gallery photos.

Keep in mind, it's very enhanced, you can do one of the following:
- Just the image

- image as a thumbnail

- clickable thumbnail that will open the large image in a seperate window

It only works if you can show a pop up window. If you are using browsers like Opera and Mozilla that have built in pop up control, just set your pop up preference to allow the pop ups you click to start.

k i'm totally lost on this one. i don't see a "my pictures" box.

hiro, are you using "reply" or "quick reply" it only works on reg. reply. The "my pics" box should be Directly under the smiles box.

both. still not "my pictures" :( the only smiles i see are the "post icons")

how about now? I changed your editor to WYSIWYG. That should do it. IT works with either editor as long as the tools are shown, your preference was to show a barebones window.

I had to change to wysiwyg, but now it works...

The middle edit option can do it also... Plain text not however.

i see, it does work. too bad you can't do it with quick reply. the reply button "quotes" for me.
