Any idea whether my 550EX can trigger two slave flashes that is non canon?
I am using a ST-E2 for that that purpose....

not 100% positive, but I think only the 580 can do that, or the STE2
If you have STE2 already, why do you need to worry about 550ex?

I have an ST-E2..but I have only one 550ex. Pondering to add more slave flashes(non ETTL) to my setup to shoot fishes and aquascape. Wonder if it will works?
I'm not sure I understand what you want to achieve, but keep in mind that the 550EX can not be used in Master and Slave mode at the same time. If you buy optical slave modules to go on the non-ETTL flashes, or they come with an optical slave mode, they can be triggered by any other flash.
