IE vs Firefox differences

Why does the APF homepage when viewed from IE look like this:

but firefox shows this:

http://www.users.on.net/~jason72/ff.jpg

Is there something wrong with one of my firefox settings???

i just skip the main page, everything else runs perfectly fine.

i have NOT been able to fix it. Dont know what's causing it, it's a very typical firefox issue. Something in the template of that page does not agree w/FF.

there are lots of sites that do it. but oddly enough for me, it works sometime, then doesn't other times

Happens to me to Meriadoc!
Sometimes it works, but most of the times I get the empty page.

I noticed! I saw the frontpage and I went, oh I wish it would stick around. Then I refreshed. And still there :O

From now on I'm going to enter in the photocontests as it's much more easy to find them :-D

POTM main page (well done, Ed) doesn´t work here with FireFox, only with IE6.
Are you able to fix it the same way?
