#1 is pretty good IMHO. :)
Some hot spots on the face, but other pretty nice.
hi Alexander. these are much better than your previous attempts, i think because you used flash. it looks like you diffused your flash well. DOF is fairly shallow, so this is either good or bad - depending on what you're going for. to me it looks like the images are pretty dark overall, shooting with the d70 i've learned that noise has more to do with low light levels, than it does with iso setting. my favorite of these three would have to be #1. the side profile looks cleaner because more of the fish is in focus. i'd say you did well, and these look pretty good - but the lens your using is pretty soft wide open. keep shooting these... they're getting better.

Thanks for the constructive critique, I will try to shot with lower aparture. What do you recommend? f/11++ ?
