very nice, very LARGE images. Im on a 17" monitor at 1024 x 768 resolution and I had to scroll just a little to see it all. might want to reduce their sizes for the sake of the viewers and to preserve your higher quality image.
I like the one facing the camera the best. His blues are fantastic.
It takes a person who loves fish to recognise expression on a fish. the bottom photo is just that kind of image. It looks as if he is checking me out too. very cool, what kind of fish is this? Salt or fresh?

One of my favourite species - Tropheus duboisi (from Lake Tanganyika). I bred a few years ago, and I learned a lot about fishkeeping from them.
These are nice shots, although a little larger than we prefer here. My favourite is #3, the head study of a female, I think it has the truest colour reproduction; the others are rather too blue. This may be caused by using on-camera flash which has also overexposed the white in the shoulder bars.

I wondered if the blue was naturally that brilliant. I still like the cobalt tones in the middle one. I know the challenge to photography is to try to emulate what you see, but I also think (uneducated opinion) that its what attracts the viewers eye. The 'wow' factor can make a good photo too. The yellow on the 3rd image is reflecting a bit to much light imo. I just noticed on two photos the fish has pink lips! I love that!
Is this breed related to the oscar? He has a face shape quite similar. He makes me want to set up another tank!
