Well....

Here are few pictures from our 2nd "official" APF meeting in USA. First one was few months ago with Benny and ironically 2nd with Ed and his wife in that same exact spot - Central Park and Metropolitan Museum of Art aka MET. I had a wonderful time as always in Central Park and meeting Ed and his wife personally, was even more exciting. Both are awesome people, full of energy and excitement. We covered topics anywhere from photography, education, photography, family, photography, future plans, photography, work .... did I say photography :-D. I met Greenber Family by MET and we walked over to Central Park which is right "next door". We spend few hours simply walking around, taking pictures, enjoying live wedding photography, live SHOW, eating famous NewYork HotDogs and just talking. After that was MET where I joined them for about 1 hour and later took off. As I understand, Ed and his wife "loved" the museum and had a hard time leaving. Same problem as Benny :-D

You can find pictures from 1st meeting with Benny in Metropolitan Museum of Art here:

Like this series. Colors seems great and exposure is good.

Presentation is excellent too.

Jay.... I was thinking, although flash cannot be used. There are no rules that reflectors cannot be used. It would be fun to see what a portable reflection can do to reduce the contrast. I have one from photoflex and it's folds down to quite a managable size. Perhaps we can try that the next time.

Cheers,

Jay, did we really talk about photography that much? I dont remember :)

That Russian Wedding was out of control. I have a couple of pics, when I get to them. It's a good thing you could not understand Russian well, those guys in the party were so foul it was not a very Proud moment to be Russian

I have my own versions of those particular pieces and a lot more (we stayed till 7pm, another 3-4 hours) but I will prob. post different stuff. That golden half-face w/lips, though, I loved it, so I will have a "different" look at it later.

Great stuff Jay!!!!
