This one is nice. You could play some more in photoshop with it. A bit on the dark side IMO.
I like it though, vivid colours.
i like the colors also. it looks nice, but the greens on the bud(not sure what it's called) are a little dark, especially the one in the bg. this may be the way it looks, but i think it would look better lightened up a bit.

A little more lighting underneath the flower would have helped (perhaps just a white surface to bounce some light upwards). I love the veins on the petals - I think I would have gone in close with a macro lens if it was possible.

I really like this shot. There is something "mystere' " about this shot.
BTW. I think its time to clean that "new" camera buddy. See those bunny spots on the top / left ?
