It's very close. That's nice.
And a nice photo.
You did miss on the focus a bit imo.
The eyes doesn't look all that sharp.

What are the EXIF?
You should try to lower the aperture as much as possible.

Close crop on this Alex - about 50%. Aperture F14 (i think).

I agree on the focus. Slightly off. Damn it!
