Hamad, welcome to APF. I dont know what lens you are using, that would help, as you posting 135mm focal length.

I dont know if the 100 mm lens is great for you, the subjects are a bit big, I would try the 60mm macro.
And maybe 2.8 is not enough to give you enough DOF, try a smaller aperature (around 4-5.6) to get more of the fish in focus. Then it's all about patience. If you have a lot of light on the tank, and dont have a wireless flash setup, just put on A setting (aperature priority), and practice practice practice, you will get sharper. Also, keep in mind the MINIMUM focusing distance of your lens, if you are closer than it is, you can NOT get sharp pics.

Post some more pics using these tips in this thread and let's see what happens.
