watch topics

Ok... my hotmail account is swimming in reply mails from this forum. I don't want these mails, I rather check out the forum myself... is there any place in my profile settings were i can turn off the automatic "watch topic" function? Am I just blind? i don't wanna press "stop watching topic" in every thread i post in [smilie=oops2.gif] It's gonna get boring pretty fast [smilie=lol.gif]
Anyway to turn it off?
