I own a DSC-P9 and a DSC-P32. Are either of these cameras good for aquarium photography? Any tips on using them? I cant seem to get many clear crisp shots. Also, is there anyway to go around having to hold the button down while is focuses before you shoot? It makes it extremely difficult to take shots at the perfect time. Thanks in advance.
hey benefit, welcome to APF
Take a loook at www.dpreview.com. They should have reviews of your cameras there. What you are looking for in a camera that will help you take pics of fish are Manual Features, such as manual adjustments for shutter speed, aperature, white balance, ISO. If your camera has those, then we can go further and tell you how to tailor those to your needs. You do need to supply us with your lighting and tank information. Aquatic photography requires very good lighting, a typical 1-2 bulb strip will make it a bit of a challenge.
Post a sample pic with your information and we'll try to give you pointers.

I need to up my lighting then. I use very little lighting on my tanks. My camera has white balance and ISO but not shutter speed. Heres a example. http://img16.photobucket.com/albums/v47/benefit29/1_007.jpg
