Nice stuff, though same complaint as last year. The photos are just TOO small. Even the "full size" ones dont really show anything that well. The overall winner is impossible to really desipher.

Yep - not so much a link to look at cos the pics are too small, as you say, but more to enter next year - my goal this year is to take images that I can enter myself. You guys here are excellent photographers and easily good enough to enter as well.

don't like the fact you have to pay to enter..... and didn't as a result.

Was it a lot? I mean, it's quite a pretigious award and I think I'd be happy to pay to enter, so long as it wasn't exorbitant. If it helps pay for natural history R&D I'm also happy.
