Wow, the black paradish fish is beautiful. As for the black background, I think you already have black background. The problem is you have direct flash and shine bright the background. Even if you had non-black background, you just need to put more light on front part of the tank and nearly none to the rear (to the background), then you can get nearly black background. Basically, top down or high angle flash light can do that well. Unfortunately, on board flash light can't do that.

Nice fishes and they posed very nicely for you.

I agree completely that taking the flash off the camera is the best way to avoid reflections from the back of the tank. But if you can't do this, you need to put a dark non-reflective surface inside the tank to become the new background. A piece of slate slightly smaller than the back glass would be ideal (if you can find one).

Thank you! But my camera is a pocket DC, that I can't take off the flash.
So I think photoshop is more suitable for me.

Photoshop is NOT the answer, you will never be able to replicate with photoshop exactly what most people do to achieve a black background. As far as getting a black background, just us a REALLY strong light in the front of the tank, and dont use flash, you will have a better chance. The way you are doing now, you are shooting AT the background, so it will always show up.
