IMHO, the timing is perfect, the pose is great, the composition is great, it's clear and sharp. The only very minor thing to complain about is the wires on the background.

I agreed with CDM. But then, the focus seems to be slightly out (maybe due to the movement of the fish?).
I got the same feeling at the beginning, but, after I saw the details on the gill plate, I think it's possibly due to the opening mouth.

That seems to be the case. These might be sudden movement which we did not expect during the time when the shot was taken.

If you ask me, the photo is generally ok. But focusing is off. The focus for this shot is definitely on the body. Try to focus on the eyes or around that region. The eyes need to be sharp. Unless of cos If its deliberate then i suppose its fine.
With the fish at an angle, you are going to need more DOF to get everything sharp. That in turn will result in slower shutter speed which can be compensated by bumping up the ISO or something.
The wires in the background is no biggie. Can be removed easily.
