I'm not sure I like how this turned out. Colour was my mood. The lens flare was there, I didnt know if I should clone it out or leave it in. I like how I framed the shot(camera frame)... but Im not sure I like it overall.
Any Ideas? anyone like it?

Travis, I dont see anything wrong with this shot, it's fantastic. Love the focus leading into the image.

Paul, my eye went straight to the clouds in the upper right of the capture. The orange reflection against the blue sky is quite bold.
The flare is a bit distracting though. But not bad enough to take away from an intriguing photo.B-)
I wouldn't worry about the lens flare. It can be cloned out if it really bothers you.
What I do find distracting is the circular shape in the foreground of the image.

The circular shape is what I was meaning by lens flare. I'll try to get rid of it and see what it looks like. I dont think the shot is bad.. just not really compelling enough :/

I think Ibn was referring to the knot in the top of the railing. I also think that is more distracting then the bright spot above it (lens flare?). Beautiful and interesting photo anyway. I to really like how the focus leads into the shot.
