Travis,
Interesting ... care to share post-processing workflow ?
Feedback:
I don’t know how I really feel about this photograph. I’m not too crazy about that round black effect. Those two black lines near her left hand are a little distracting, don’t you think ? I initially though it was part of the bag but then I noticed it was just a shadow. Also, I would like to see a bit more face to fill the mood.
What do you think ?

Nice stuff! I didn't even see the shadows there... or think about it. But I agree it would look better without them for sure. I'm not sure how I could do it though. I find that area really hard to clone or patch, the effects just make it look quite fake. So I Lightened them.
ha ...I was honestly bothered by the vignetting and the lack on light in the face myself. I added more light. I took away the vin, but I still would like to see something along the edges.. just dont know what yet. lol
here is the next try.. lol for better or worse
I'm still not happy with the face.. lol I might even start over somtime :)

Travis, I prefer the first one. I like the "bronze" effect. And the dark corners to me, add to the mood. I thought it was quite good.

Ty,
The first kinda should look better I think because it has darkening, But I didn't like the Round style. I want something more random. I forgot to tic the visibility of a hue/sat layer on the second.. lol, thats the colour diff I think. The face in the first, the tones are ok I think, but there is a dark line under her chin that bugs me.
post processing...
hmm
I made 3 copies of the raw file, 2 B&w, opened them in photoshop, blended them ran them threw 2 filters, many curves, channel mixer edits. burning and dodging, more burning and dodging.
The first one is better in general. The vignetting works with the colors on it; the skin tones on the 2nd one didn't work for me.

There is a nice dirty feel to this image. Urban grit.
