Ah, the Tower Bridge.
I was in the hotel overlooking that bridge for the millennium celebrations. That picture brings back a LOT of memories. Thank you for sharing that awesome picture.

I think that the total loss of shadows is intentional, to show the outline. Could go even more contrasty to really turn it black. Do love the framing and the colors.

I like the tree, but not the streetlamp - it's a pity you can't have one without the other.

BTW the old London Bridge is in California now (if I remember rightly some of the folks over there were rather disappointed because they thought they were getting Tower Bridge, shown here). The new London Bridge is a little upriver of your subject.

A bit too much 'sepia' for me and I would crop some off the left. That pole (I think that's what it is) needs to go.
