    Default FISH DISEASE Pictures and Info

    I have been asked to start a forum or a thread on fish disease pictures. Well here it is. Post fish disease pics here. It also helps to describe the disease, its causes, and to suggest possible cure options.

    Is the first disease(velvet) you mentioned curable? Almost all oscars in my pet store have it :cry:

    Yes, but sometimes difficult! Start with a large waterchange, then use standard medications. The other thing that can work is 1 gram of salt(NaCl) per liter for a period of time. Water for waterchanges during medication should be medicated according to the recommended dosage.
